Limited edition bobblehead celebrating both Marlins World Series titles now available ByΒ Ely Sussman

FormerΒ Miami MarlinsΒ owner Jeffrey Loria was famously fond of bobbleheads, assembling one of the world’s largest private collections (andΒ recently donating itΒ to the Baseball Hall of Fame). But here’s your chance to get one that even he never had.

On Tuesday, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum announced aΒ new bobbleheadΒ commemorating the club’s 1997 and 2003 World Series championships. Mascot Billy the Marlin is pictured in a white home uniform with trophies in each hand.

There are 1,000 units in the collectionβ€”each individually numberedβ€”available for pre-order, expected to ship in February. The bobblehead is produced by Forever Collectibles and priced at $40 (plus shipping costs).

The National Bobblehead HOF unveiled the bobblehead as part of its exclusive World Series Champions series. There are now 17 MLB teams and their mascots represented onΒ the museum’s website.

Want to get some of your holiday shopping out of the way early? The National Bobblehead HOF still has 2017 MLBΒ All-Star Game bobbleheadsΒ in stock (also features Billy the Marlin). This is going for the same $40 sale price and ships within 48 hours, according to the site’s terms of service.
