In-stock orders typically ship within 48 hours from when the order is placed.
We ship via USPS and FedEx to the Continental U.S. We ship USPS Priority International for an additional cost.
Shipping & Handling to the United States: $8.00 Flat Rate.
Customer is responsible for any duty, tax and brokerage where applicable.
Your credit card or PayPal will be charged when your order is placed. Your order will ship when the item(s) arrive. See product description for estimated arrival date.
If you combine in-stock and presale items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock, unless you pay an additional shipping charge.
All presale arrival dates are subject to change. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays.
Cancelled or Returned Orders:
Please e-mail us or call us at 800-414-1482 if you wish to cancel or return an order. We must be notified within 7 days if you wish to return an item. If you wish to cancel or return an order, there is a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from notification of return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items:
If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will put in a claim for your item(s) and either send a replacement or issue a refund. All claims must be made within 7 days from when the package was delivered. If you contact us after 7 days, we will not be able to send a replacement or issue a refund.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We also accept Checks and Money Orders. Orders with pending Checks or Money Orders are held for 7 days.
