The limited-edition bobblehead features Air Force’s mascot The Bird and Colorado State’s mascot CAM the Ram and commemorates the longtime football rivalry, which is a battle for the Ram-Falcon Trophy.

The special edition bobblehead is being released in conjunction with the 63rd meeting between the Falcons and Rams which is on Friday, November 28th at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins. The bobblehead is available exclusively from the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of the U.S. Air Force Academy and Colorado State University.

  • The bobbleheads, which are expected to ship in May, are $50 each plus a flat-rate shipping charge of $8 per order.
  • Each bobblehead will be individually numbered to 2,025.
  • The bobblehead is being released in conjunction with the 63rd meeting between the teams on Friday, November 28th at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins, Colorado.
  • Standing side-by-side on a football field base that reads β€œFALCONS” in one end zone and β€œRAMS” in the other end zone, Air Force’s mascot The Bird and Colorado State’s mascot CAM the Ram are wearing their respective uniforms while giving the No. 1 signal and holding a football adorned with their school logo. Positioned in between The Bird and CAM the Ram is a replica of the Ram-Falcon Trophy. The front of the base features the logos for each team.
  • Air Force and Colorado State first played each other in 1957 with Colorado State winning the inaugural matchup, 20-7. Air Force leads the all-time series, 39-22-1, but lost last year’s meeting 21-13 following a seven game winning streak in the series. Air Force’s seven consecutive victories tied the longest winning streak in the history of the rivalry.
  • The origin of the Ram-Falcon Trophy is traced back to Shelly Godkin, a former ROTC commander at Colorado State. The trophy was carved by local Fort Collins artist Bill Wrage, who donated several artistic works to CSU. It was first awarded in 1980, when the formerly independent Air Force joined Colorado State in the Western Athletic Conference. Since the trophy was introduced, Air Force leads the series, 28-15.
  • “We’re excited to unveil this limited-edition Air Force vs. Colorado State Rivalry Bobblehead ahead of today’s game,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. β€œThis bobblehead will be the perfect way for Air Force and Colorado State fans, alumni, students, faculty, and staff to show off their school pride!”
