Indiana Hoosiers Top 25 Football Ranking Tracker Bobblehead Unveiled

This morning, to celebrate the Indiana Hoosiers football team receiving its first #1 ranking in the AP Top 25 Poll and being the top-ranked team in the 2025 College Football Playoff, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled an officially licensed, limited-edition Indiana Hoosiers Top 25 Ranking Tracker Bobblehead. The bobblehead features Indiana’s mascot, Hoosier the Bison, positioned on numbered blocks that can be adjusted when Indiana’s ranking changes. The special edition bobblehead is being produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, an official licensee of Indiana University Bloomington.

• Each bobblehead will be individually numbered to only 2,025.

• On Saturday, December 6th, No. 2 Indiana beat No. 1 Ohio State, 13-10, in the Big Ten Conference title game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. In snapping a 30-game losing streak against Ohio State and beating the Buckeyes for the first time since 1988, the Hoosiers (13-0) won their first outright Big Ten title since 1945 and their first-ever Big Ten title game. Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza was selected as the game’s MVP after throwing for 222 yards and a third-quarter touchdown that put the Hoosiers ahead for good. The Indiana defense finished with nine tackles-for-losses and five sacks, including two by Isaiah Jones.
• On Sunday, December 7th, Indiana was ranked No. 1 in the AP Top 25 Poll for the first time, ending Ohio State’s 14-week run atop the rankings. The Hoosiers had never been ranked higher than No. 2 – the position they held for seven straight weeks before they rose to the top. Indiana was also awarded the No. 1 seed for their second straight appearance in the 12-team College Football Playoff. After a first-round bye, the Hoosiers will play the winner of the No. 8 Oklahoma vs. No. 9 Alabama matchup in the Rose Bowl on Thursday, January 1st in Pasadena, California. The quarterfinal winner will move on to play in the Peach Bowl on Friday, January 9th. The CFP national championship game is scheduled for Monday, January 19th at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

• Recently released Indiana Hoosiers Football bobbleheads include the original Hoosier the Bison Bobblehead, which was released when Indiana reinstated its mascot after a nearly 60-year hiatus, a Hoosier the Bison Motorcycle Bobblehead, a Coach Curt Cignetti Bobblehead, and a Curt Cignetti Talking Bobblehead. Last week, the Coach Cignetti Bobbleheads became the museum’s best-selling bobblehead of 2025.
• The talking Coach Cignetti bobblehead, which quickly sold out, plays one of Cignetti’s most memorable soundbites at the push of a button. On December 23rd, 2023, during a National Signing Day press conference, Cignetti was asked how he sells the vision of his culture to recruits. “It’s pretty simple. I win. Google me,” he said. The line quickly became a symbol of his confident approach to winning, generating buzz for the program. The second Coach Cignetti bobblehead is in his signature pose with his hands on his side, wearing a headset with a slight scowling expression and sporting and Indiana Hoosiers long-sleeved shirt. Coach Cignetti is donating all his proceeds from the sale of the bobbleheads to Riley Children’s Hospital.
