Milwaukee, WI – This morning, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled the first bobblehead of Naomi Osaka to celebrate the tennis star’s birthday. The officially licensed, limited edition bobblehead joins the previously released, first-of-its-kind collection of tennis player bobbleheads that was unveiled ahead of the US Open. The collection features Aryna Sabalenka, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, Jasmine Paolini, Jelena Ostapenko, Tommy Paul, and Zhizhen Zhang. The bobbleheads are being produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum in collaboration with Winners Alliance.

Naomi Osaka is a Japanese professional tennis player who has become one of the most prominent athletes in the world. Born in 1997 to a Japanese mother and Haitian father, she represents Japan in international competition and has won four Grand Slam singles titles—the US Open in 2018 and 2020, and the Australian Open in 2019 and 2021. Known for her powerful groundstrokes and aggressive baseline play, Osaka made history as the first Asian player to be ranked world No. 1 in singles. Beyond her athletic achievements, she has gained widespread recognition for her advocacy on social justice issues, mental health awareness, and her willingness to speak openly about the pressures faced by elite athletes. Her decision to withdraw from the 2021 French Open to prioritize her mental health sparked important conversations about athlete wellbeing in professional sports.

The Naomi Osaka Bobblehead is available for pre-order for $35 plus an $8 flat rate shipping per order with shipping expected in February. Fans can now purchase seven officially licensed player bobbleheads featuring a dynamic mix of the sport’s top stars. The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame has partnered with Winners Alliance to launch a collection featuring the sport’s biggest names. The groundbreaking bobbleheads are available now and mark a major milestone in tennis licensing. As official licensors of Winners Alliance, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame have secured the rights to use each player’s name, image and likeness. The result is a first-of-its-kind program that delivers new revenue to players and deeper connections with fans around the world.

“We’re ushering in a new era of tennis licensing where players can fully unlock the value of their names, images and likenesses, and fans can easily find products that celebrate their favorite athletes,” said Rob Sanzillo, Chief Growth Officer at Winners Alliance. “Partners like 500 LEVEL and the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame share our vision and commitment to building a more athlete-driven future.”

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame’s debut tennis lineup is available now for pre-order at store.bobbleheadhall.com, with more players on the way. While the world’s largest bobblehead collection has long featured NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL athletes, this marks its first foray into professional tennis.

“We’re thrilled to be unveiling the first bobblehead of Naomi Osaka today to celebrate her birthday!” said Phil Sklar, Co-Founder and CEO at the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame. “Naomi is one of the biggest names in the sports world, and we think fans are going to love her first bobblehead.”
