Milwaukee, WI –July 10, 2017 –This morning, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled an exclusive, limited edition McCovey Cove Dave Bobblehead. The bobblehead is the first to feature San Francisco Giants Super Fan McCovey Cove Dave.
The bobbleheads, which feature McCovey Cove Dave in his signature kayak holding up a splash meter sign and a baseball,are available for purchaseonline exclusively in the Hall of Fame and Museum Online Store. Each bobblehead is individually numbered to only 500and measures approximately 7” long. The bobbleheads cost $30 each plus a flat rate shipping charge of $8 per order.
Dave, who was voted 2016 FanSided Sports Fan of the Year, has been attending Giants games since 1967. He developed a love of the home run at his first game and later combined that with his love for the water as he kayaks McCovey Cove during Giants games to snag home run balls. McCovey Cove is the unofficial name of a section of San Francisco Bay beyond the right field wall of AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. It’s named after legendary Giants first baseman Willie McCovey.

The bobbleheads were produced by the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, which has produced nearly a dozen bobbleheads of super fans. The bobbleheads are not licensed by the San Francisco Giants or by MLB.
