Toronto Marlies 2018 Calder Cup Champions Bobblehead Available for Pre-order

MILWAUKEE, Wi., June 15, 2018 – This morning, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum announced that it is producing an officially licensed Toronto Marlies 2018 Calder Cup Champions bobblehead, which is now available for pre-order. The bobblehead features team mascot, Duke the Dog, holding a replica of the Calder Cup while standing on the 2018 Calder Cup Champions logo.
The bobbleheads, which are officially licensed by the AHL, are $30 (USD) each and expected to ship in October 2018.
On Thursday night, the Marlies defeated the Texas Stars in Game 7 of the Calder Cup Finals by a score of 6-1 to claim the team’s first championship. It also marked the first men’s professional hockey championship for the city of Toronto in over 50 years.
“Bobbleheads are the perfect way for fans to commemorate a Championship, and we’re excited to team up with the AHL to produce a Championship bobblehead that fans can purchase,” said Phil Sklar, Co-Founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum. “Marlies fans will be able to remember their team’s great season with these bobbleheads, which will become cherished collectibles for Toronto hockey fans of all ages.”
