BLAKE GRIFFIN BOBBLEHEAD VOTE By Athletics Communications

NORMAN – The OU Athletics Department is planning a special giveaway for a men’s basketball conference game this season, and we need your help!
Vote for which photo you would like to see as a Blake Griffin bobblehead. We’re collecting votes on Facebook and Twitter throughout this week, and we’ll tally them together to decide the winner. A bobblehead will be modeled after the winning photo and be given away at a home Big 12 Conference game to be determined later this season.

Griffin committed last August to help financially support the construction of OU’s new Griffin Family Performance Center for Oklahoma’s basketball programs. Construction is currently in progress south of the Lloyd Noble Center.
Oklahoma’s first winner of the Naismith Award, Wooden Award and Oscar Robertson Trophy, Griffin ranks first at OU in career field goal percentage (.618), second in rebounds per game (11.8), third in double-doubles (40), sixth in points per game (18.8), ninth in rebounds (805) and 18th in points (1,278) despite playing just two seasons.
Griffin led the Sooners to the 2009 Elite Eight, averaging 28.5 points, 15.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists in four NCAA Tournament games. He averaged 22.7 points, 14.4 boards and 2.3 assists per game overall that season as OU climbed to No. 2 in the rankings after starting 25-1. It finished 30-6 and ranked No. 7 in both major polls.
Griffin had his No. 23 honored by OU in 2016 and it hangs from the Lloyd Noble Center rafters.
